This is a Colorful Arabic Bridal look, perfected by MakeupAdikt. What makes this tutorial unique is that the makeup artist begins her look by applying a blue tinted shade-stick and gold eye pencil on the eye lid, before applying her eye shadows. This helps strengthen the color and really make them pop.
