Condition
Unless specified as used (pre-owned), all products sold are new. We occasionally spot check products inside original packaging before we ship them to make sure that we ship the correct size and that the product is not damaged.

Payment Methods
Payments are currently only accepted through PayPal. We do not ask for your credit card information via phone, email, or fax. This means that we will never have access to your credit card information. PayPal manages the transfer from your account to our account for the products ordered.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery on all shipments both domestic and international shall be FOB origin. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products by BellyDancingDiva.com to the carrier. Reasonable handling fees may be added to any shipment to cover materials.
Domestic Shipments
BellyDancingDiva.com ships domestic orders via UPS Ground prepay and add. This means we pay the freight charges and add them to your invoice. Orders are only accepted within the continental US.
International Shipments
We do not currently ship overseas.
Shipment Damage
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all quantities of packages and inspect for damage or missing accessories. Visible shipment loss or damage claims must be made with the carrier, by the customer, at the time of delivery. The customer must note the problem on the freight bill, or carrier’s receipt, and have the carrier’s agent sign the document. Concealed loss or damage claims must be made by the customer, to the carrier by, requesting an inspection and filing a claim with the carrier. Product Returns
Product returns will not be accepted at this time. Product returns are only accepted if a product is defective or damaged. Returns due to size/color are not accepted. Please review the sizes for all the products prior to your order. You must contact a BellyDancingDiva.com customer service representative before returning goods purchased from BellyDancingDiva.com [diva at bellydancingdiva dot com] or call at (620) 332-6234. The customer is responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that all return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
